THE VIRUS SAGA
First, we, the ordinary people, were told by them (the elites, the experts – the Establishment) that the novel coronavirus affects only old people. The majority middle-class people’s “inner response” (at the thought level) was, “Oh ok. Fine. Old people – let them pass on. They have had their time anyway. But our show must go on after the pandemic-related pause.”
And this narrative ‘evolved’ progressively over the last few months. Young people also got infected. Then women too, not just men. Kids too. As of mid-July 2020, we have learned that other species like mink, dogs, cats, can get infected too. In France, a baby was born pre-infected in the womb. We also learned mankind’s infertility issues will likely depopulate the world. It is said the virus could be airborne.
Similarly, the narrative on symptoms evolved over the months. The different types of COVID. The theory of successive waves. The duration of each wave. Predictions and warnings -- how do THEY 'know'? -- about the havoc that will likely entail, and the time needed for the illusionary "return to normal".
So, guess what’s next in this narrative?

THE VACCINE MYSTERY
Several business companies, educational and research institutions, and other entities funded by a variety of sources including governments, NGOs, private foundations and private investors, are all in a frenetic race to fast-track the development of COVID vaccine.
Several issues are at stake: the methods or techniques used to develop vaccines; where the vaccine is developed; the efficacy of vaccines; the pricing; distribution of vaccines; whether vaccines will be optional or mandatory; cost-benefit or investment-returns weighed against BOTH the possibilities of virus mutations, successive waves, vaccine resistance; ‘side-effects’ (whether genuine or designed) of vaccines; insurance against side-effects AND the socio-economic and geopolitical fallout of the impact of lockdowns and disruptions so far.
