Chronicle of a Pandemic Foretold
The tell-tale links below will sensitize you to the truth that if the "aircraft pilots" had done their job well, we would not be in the current precarious situation in the first place. Nor would we be staring at a future that is shrouded in uncertainty, danger and perpetual threat. All the more reason why the current flawed system needs not only an urgent review and a critique but an overhaul and replacement with a better alternative.

Some major epidemic-/pandemic-themed books or media content published in the run-up to COVID-19, warning everyone what's coming our way. Yet, nothing was done to prevent the killer pandemic:
1926: Paul de Kruif’s masterpiece “Microbe Hunters” | 1994: Laurie Garett's “The Coming Plague” | 2004: Jaap Goudsmit’s “Viral Fitness” | 2012: David Quammen’s “Spillover” | 2014: Sonia Shah's "Pandemic" | The New York Times’s Pulitzer Prize-winning reports from the 2014 Ebola epidemic in Africa

The WHO's warning on Disease X (March 2018)
"These diseases pose major public health risks, and further research and development is needed, including surveillance and diagnostics", said the WHO in a statement. "Disease X represents the knowledge that a serious international epidemic could be caused by a pathogen currently unknown to cause human disease... It may seem strange to be adding an ‘X’ but the point is to make sure we prepare and plan flexibly in terms of vaccines and diagnostic tests...We want to see ‘plug and play’ platforms developed which will work for any, or a wide number of diseases; systems that will allow us to create countermeasures at speed."
